Our work with SportsMind has allowed us to increase our team's efficiency and productivity saving approximately 4 hours per week, per person on the team. 20 hours approximately = $3,000 per week.

My commitment to the business was to remain flexible and make increasingly greater amounts of money for the company. My work with SportsMind has provided me with a range of tools and techniques that will help me achieve this.
Sales
As a result of my participation in the SportsMind Leadership Development program, I have managed to move every member of my sales team into the top national performance slots. We have the lowest cost of sales and produce the highest output per person – by far.
Organizational Change
SportsMind shows clients how to lead or direct their new strategies quicker, and at far higher levels of performance, than ever before. The firm is very adept at teaching organizations how to handle and manage strategic change and demonstrating what it takes to become an effective strategic change organization.

Finance
My use of the SportsMind Project Reporting Practice has saved my Global Finance Team, our Customers and Sponsors at least 8 hours per week and has increased trust and implementation effectiveness within the team. I am able to receive financial reports on my entire portfolio of projects (10-15) in less than 3 hours.
Information Technology
The Principles of the SportsMind Action Cycle practice has reduced re-work and the time required to complete large-scale IT Projects. With 3 teams alone, we can save $75,000 annually, leaving time for these teams to look at other IT Projects which would generate an additional $75,000 in savings.
Marketing
I believe my increased ability to extend myself into risky situations helped me make a powerful offer to build a risk mitigation process for my department. Since we put this process in place our quality incidents have reduced significantly. We went from 4 incidents in Jan. to 2 in Feb. to none in March and April. Since our department runs marketing tests for new products this process could help us avoid errors that could cost us lost opportunities (millions) or at the minimum, retest costs (thousands). The SportsMind Leadership Development Program helped me build the confidence and clarity to make this offer and to drive that process forward.
