SportsMind: The SportsMind Team: Terry Rosenberg

An independent consultant since 1987, Terry specializes in helping companies build customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency. While associated with Dr. Fernando Flores of Business Design Associates, she designed, managed and led programs in effective communication, team building and organizational productivity.

Terry's work focuses on the human elements of interactive listening and team coordination to increase trust, employee satisfaction and performance. While affiliated with Roundstone International, a consulting firm specializing in transformational culture change, she led training programs for Abitibi Consolidated, Inc., a multinational paper manufacturer with headquarters in Montreal, Quebec. She also designed and implemented leadership training for all levels of management and programs for developing internal consultants.

Terry holds an M.A. degree in speech pathology and audiology from New York University.
