With 35 years of experience as a certified teacher and coach, Tom Lutes creates programs that demonstrate proven results in individuals from a wide range of cultural and economic levels and in organizations around the globe.

Tom is a genuine innovator in experiential learning and corporate culture transformations, and his programs are highly successful in environments that range from inner city schools to business boardrooms. He is co-founder of "Stalking Truth", a series of workshops, personal retreats and vision quests that provide life counseling, relationship support and in-depth personal development. He also designed "Energy Integration Movements", a practice to increase personal vitality.

Tom received a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master's degree in interpersonal communications from San Diego State University, and a post-graduate teaching credential from California Western.
