Sherrill has served as both a consultant and a facilitator in government agencies and in the petroleum and health care industries. He has worked with clients in North America, India, Australia, the Pacific Rim and Europe to design and develop new corporate cultures, interventions in leadership, partnership alignment and strategy implementation.

During his 20-year consulting career, which has featured small and large group presentations, Sherrill has developed a well-tested methodology for measuring "client ecology" and for impacting the direction and speed of organizational momentum through well-placed and communicated "sphere of influence" initiatives. He is recognized as a knowledgeable authority in the area of "difficult and unavoidable conversations" and Emotional Intelligence theory.

Sherrill attended the University of Texas and earned a B.A. from St. Edward's University in Austin. He is also a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
