SportsMind: The SportsMind Team: Scott Coady

An experienced consultant and coach who draws from disciplines including philosophy, linguistics, business and experiential learning, Scott Coady helps companies create thriving innovative business cultures and achieve high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. Prior to joining SportsMind, Scott co-founded WorkGroups Resources, Inc., a firm that specialized in executive coaching, leadership training and team building. His clients have included such diverse organizations as Computer Science Corporation, Price Waterhouse, National City Bank, Epic USA and the Center for Victims of Torture. Scott has an MBA degree from Pepperdine University and held and adjunct professorship at George Mason University in Virginia where he co-led a graduate-level course entitled "Coaching and Organizational Learning." Through his recent work with Dr. Richard Heckler, Scott has been certified as a Master Somatic Coach.
