Rubi Leeds, a Senior Consultant at SportsMind, has been leading organizational redesign efforts for 15 years. With roots as a CEO of a software development company, Rubi noted that technology alone was insufficient to solve her client’s challenges. A more holistic approach engaging employees and resolving the organizational challenges was needed to produce the results her clients wanted.
