In his third decade as a trainer and consultant to corporations and individuals in the areas of leadership, management and high-performance team building, Ron's clients range from U.S. and international telecommunications firms, to insurance, computer technology and automobile companies.

As C.E.O. and president of his own company, Ron developed a global practice that helps companies achieve large-scale culture change and breakthrough performance. He has served as a senior executive of a major training organization where he managed 52 retail centers in national and international marketplaces. As the manager and designer of advanced training programs, he has personally trained more than 300,000 participants.

Ron also has designed and led training initiatives for Youth at Risk, a worldwide organization that conducts intervention programs for gang members and other troubled teens.
