Trained as an anthropologist, Kanu has successfully applied her experience and insights about people and cultures to a wide range of business environments. Well known for her work in organizational culture change, she also serves as an executive coach, helping clients to attain their goals.

Kanu is committed to the support of life-long learning and is adept at creating productive work environments where people meet their business and professional objectives. She has been a coach with the Newfield Network since 1994 under the leadership of Julio Ollaia, one of the most recognized and respected practitioners and the industry. Her work with Lockheed Martin, Crown Central Petroleum and the American Red Cross has moved these organizations measurably closer to implementing their visions.

Kanu is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) as defined by the standards of the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Florida and also is a certified Gestalt big systems intervener.
