Frank Hackney brings SportsMind clients twenty years of experience expanding individual performance and leveraging that energy to spark organization-wide effectiveness. With a solid business background sharply focused on the financial services industry, he has worked extensively on college campuses to strengthen student-run financial cooperatives and with U.S. financial institutions to form partnerships with international financial cooperatives. Most recently, Hackney was instrumental in the formation of UniTrust Financial Services, LLC, an investment and insurance products company with assets of more than $1 billion. Frank received a M.S. degree in organizational learning from George Mason University, and has completed scenario planning coursework at the Haas School of Business Center for Executive Development at the University of California, Berkeley.
